面试流程

为了发掘优秀人才，本公司十分重视面试流程。

  • 投递履历

    查看当前的工作职缺、工作内容、胜任职务的条件要求，针对您要应聘的工作职务应征。

  • LINE 文本面试

    文本面试时，我们会询问您几个问题，希望能多认识您的学校生活、工作经历﹅家庭背景、兴趣及专业技能等，让我们更了解您，思考您是否符合我们征才的条件，是否能胜任这份职务。

  • 正式面试

    正式面试时，我们会询问您几个更深入的问题，希望能多认识您的工作经历与专业技能等，思考您的学经历与专长是否符合我们征才的条件，或是对团队是否有助益。

  • 报到就职

    经过严格评量後，我们在数名应聘者中选出一至二名通知录取，如果您在复试後一周内接到通知，可依照日期与时间报到就职。
